Yoga for Everyone
June 11, 2017 @ 10:30 am - 12:30 pm¥1500
Come and join us for CARE’s yoga!! Both your mind and body will be warmer and more relaxed after attending our yoga event.
CARE’s yoga events are always very popular. We are having two sessions from this event for everyone to enjoy our yoga event:
① 10:30-11:30 for everyone
② 11:30-12:30 for families with children (Especially working mothers are more than welcome to join us!)
*Please specify which session you would like to attend when you RSVP. Due to limited spots we recommend to RSVP soon.
Session ① (10:30-11:20 for everyone):
Anyone can attend Session ① (e.g. individuals, couples, friends)
Fee: 1500 yen
Please bring a big towel to put on the yoga mat.
*For couples that would like to have children it is said that it would help women become pregnant when they are relaxed and their hearts are open. Also it could help for those couples to become pregnant if they are around with pregnant women and children. We will provide time for you to spend time with families with children between the sessions.
Session ② (11:30-12:30 for families with children):
Age of children: 2 months to 5 years
Fee: 1500 yen per family
Please bring a big towel to put on the yoga mat and drinks for your children.
The studio has big windows and cute furniture, which provide a very relaxing atmosphere. The heated flooring system will help keep you warm and comfortable.
Oji Zoo is located near the studio; this would be a great way to to enjoy the rest of the day after the event. The more fun parents have the more children smile!
Looking forward to seeing you there!
